1. Eligibility for Refunds

You are eligible for a full refund if:

You request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase
You have not violated our Terms of Service
Your account is in good standing

2. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
No refund will be provided for partial months of service
Your subscription will not auto-renew

3. How to Request a Refund

4. Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

Services used beyond the 30-day guarantee period
Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
Third-party services or add-ons purchased through Grant Geenie

6. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but may be canceled to prevent future renewals.

7. Free Trials

If you cancel during a free trial period, you will not be charged. Free trials that convert to paid subscriptions are subject to the standard 30-day refund policy from the date of first payment.
